Kanna

Kanna (Sceletium) has been used since the 1600s for its mood enhancement effects.

  • Improves motor skills

  • Sharpens cognitive skills

  • Raises concentration and focus

  • Supports emotional development

  • Enhances memory and awareness

  • Relieves tension, stress and anxiety

  • Plus, it's a 100% Plant-based SSRI

        (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor)

Kanna’s (Sceletium) mood-elevating action is caused by a number of alkaloids including Mesembrine, Mesembrenol and Mesembrenone which interact with the brain's dopamine and serotonin receptors. This acts as a 100% natural SSRI (selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor). This means that it keeps the serotonin, which is a neurotransmitter, in the space between neurons (brain nerve cells) making it easier for the brain to transmit messages.

Kanna is also proven to enhance cognitive flexibility especially in areas of focus and memory. When the brain processes ‘life’ more smoothly we experience relief of stress, tension and anxiety.

Re-energize

"NAD+ is a molecule found in all living cells and is critical for regulating cellular aging and maintaining proper function of the whole body. Levels of NAD+ in people and animals diminish significantly over time"

-Time Magazine

  • Repairs damaged DNA

  • Improves brain function

  • Detoxifies chemicals in cells

  • Re-energizes cell metabolism

NAD+ is a critical coenzyme found in every cell in your body. It is intimately linked with cell metabolism, involved in a myriad of cellular metabolic processes. NAD+ helps exchange the nutrients we eat for energy.

Today NAD+ is recognized as a "miracle molecule".

  • NAD+ was best known for sharper focus and better memory, more energy, and faster metabolism.

  • NAD+ is already a well-known and widely used therapy for addictions & neuropsychiatric disorders, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, Alzheimers, Parkinsons, Chronic encephalopathy.

  • NAD+ has recently been identified as a molecule that plays a role in human sleep cycles, as well as feelings of hunger.

On top (for now), researchers also realized that there is a down-side: NAD do get depleted and levels of NAD+ diminish with age. The very best, healthiest well-functioning body suffers from consumption and wear and tear.

NAD+ is considered one of the most effective anti-aging molecules. The scientific definition of anti-aging refers to the process of slowing, stopping, or even reversing the process of aging in all your body’s cells. As we age, our bodies produce less and less NAD.

NAD+ is not merely a redox cofactor. It is also a key signalling molecule that controls cell function and survival in response to environmental changes such as nutrient intake and cellular damage. Fluctuations in NAD impact mitochondrial function and metabolism, redox reactions, circadian rhythm, immune response and inflammation, DNA repair, cell division, protein - protein signaling, chromatin and epigenetics.

Vit B6

Rebuild

Vitamin B6 helps the body make the hormones serotonin (which regulates mood) and norepinephrine (which helps your body cope with stress).

Melatonin production is also increased by intake of Vitamin B6, which is important for regulating your natural sleep cycle.

  • Rebuilds serotonin and dopamine

  • Optimizes immune system functions

  • Reduce risk of cardiovascular disease   and heart attack

Serobrine is designed to encourage an everyday 'feel good' balance.

Serobrine’s mood-elevating action is caused by a number of alkaloids including Mesembrine, Mesembrenol and Mesembrenone which interact with the brain's dopamine and serotonin ('happy hormone') receptors.
